(2007), Passion scales developed by Vallerand et al. 2003, job engagement and burnout scales developed by Schaufeli and Bakker (2004) and Schaufeli et al. (2002), job satisfaction adapted by Diener et al. (1985) and Houlfort et al. (2013), and depression adapted by Radlof (1977) and Bakker et al. (2002). Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) employed to examine the relationship among the variables simultaneously followed by the development of the conceptual framework and the significant findings are discussed in detail. th_TH
